Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use HubSpot CRM to track companies and clients. I also use it to set tasks to remind me when to contact clients that I need to stay in touch with, so no one falls through the cracks.

our company doesn't have access to many options, so I cannot say. I just know I really enjoy this CRM platform compared to others.

In my experience, HubSpot CRM is a clean and very easy program to use compared to others, especially the Salesforce CRM. There are just so many ways to be able to easily customize your views and individual set ups that it makes it that much easier and more comfortable to use.

Team Alignment Benefits

We haven't had HubSpot CRM in our company for very long, but so far it will allow our managers and future employees to be able to utilize the resources available, such as housed client information and notes on past conversations and meetings with those clients.

Salesforce CMS

In my opinion, Salesforce is very complex and confusing compared to HubSpot CRM. I think HubSpot CRM is very easy to navigate and use as an overall compared to Salesforce.

I used HubSpot CRM at my last job and fought to get the program at my current job because we were not using anything to house any company or client data. I'm just thankful now that we have it and I am able to utilize the features we are currently paying for, even if it is the most basic subscription.
