Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Every day I use HubSpot CRM to execute my day. My day consists of making out reach to Property Management Companies to see if I can add value to their maintenance process. HubSpot CRM allows me to source leads, create my own leads, task myself on work I need to complete, send emails, add detailed notes and tag team members when there is a need to know. HubSpot CRM allows me to track the progress I have made with detailed dashboards, and I can keep track of the calls I have made, emails sent ect. I think it is a wonderful CRM!
- Pinning the most important note to the top of the page for easy access
- Allows me to create a follow up task flawlessly when I connect or do not connect with a lead.
- The ability to track emails, see who has opened them and more
- Allowing the option for more then one pin at the top of the page. 2 or 3 pins would be great.
- Adding the @date - so that we can add the date easier than typing it out or copying pasting..
- Ability to send more then one person an email and track the persons who open it when there are multiple people in the email.
- ROI is hugely impacted from HubSpot CRM. We are able to knock each month out with generating more income then the prior month.
