Managing contacts and tracking interested individuals when seeing that they have opened an email, as well as tracking follow-ups etc.

- Notifications for individuals within an email addressed to a team
- Positive: reminders to follow-up with past contacts
- Negative: if others don't check company for prior communication large risk of bumping into companies already working with yours.
- Notifications when someone has viewed an email
Integrates really well with Hubspot which is extremely important for verification of contacts being imported etc.
