Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot has helped us in various aspects of data and content management, as well as with sales/marketing initiatives and reporting. Let me count the ways. These include: as a contact/company database, for e-marketing list building, tracking sales pipeline, social media marketing, and even for creating landing pages and web forms to gather leads at conferences.
  • Lets you know if you are creating a duplicate record in real time
  • Easy to build highly functional reports and dashboards
  • Able to run social media campaigns centrally from one location in HubSpot
  • When adding contacts if the domain email of the contact does not match the domain of the company HubSpot will create a whole new company automatically. I believe this feature can be turned off but if you are unaware of that it can lead to problems.
  • It might be nice if the advanced filters had the same capabilities as when building lists.
  • Marketing leads have gone up almost 75%.
  • HubSpot created web forms have been integrated with scannable QR codes on physical signage to increase conference leads by 50%.
It is straight forward and simple enough to use for entering contacts and organizations in or pulling lists out. The report building is a bit more complex but not rocket science. Most everything is quite intuitive and the few times I found myself needing help I was able to find it with HubSpot's online resources.
I prefer HubSpot infinitely better. I had no say in the change from Salesforce to HubSpot, but I am thankful we made it. Easier to drill down on our data, able to run eMarketing and social media campaigns from HubSpot, and better reports and dashboards in HubSpot...these are a few of my favorite things.

In the past I have used ACT and Salesforce. HubSpot surpasses both of those hands down. As a marketer I love being able to search and drill down on our HubSpot database to target messages with precision. As well, it has proved to be a good fit for us with our e-marketing campaigns and social media management. Also, the reports and dashboards we have built with HubSpot have been insightful and helpful to our ongoing business.
