Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We uses it on a day-to-day basis. To receive leads from the website and to work on those leads & get connected. The activities and insights from the customer is what it helps us sales people be more personalised on our approaches to our lead. It also helps us much more organize with our database.
- Organise data from company information down to specific scores of engagement of customers.
- Allow me to plan my tasks and be able to prioritise those that matters.
- Gives an understanding of how are we performing when it comes to getting quality leads in.
- Allows me to track how am I doing against my quota.
- Being able to enrol a customer in a sequence through the mobile app version.
- Allowing me to give task prioritisation score rather than just the 3 levels.
- Much filters ability on company, contact and workspace sections.
- We are able to act with agility to the leads due to scores and analytics Hubspot gives.
- Making us more organise therefore it is buying us time.
- The lack of AI feature on the other hand gives us extra admin work around this tool.
I am not sure. I came to the company with Hubspot already in place but obviously it fits well to us.
