Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot has made my work more efficient and I am fully able to keep track of the customers I am working with in a streamlined way.
  • Streamlines communication processes
  • Tracks data on customer behavior to outreach to ensure I am communicating effectively
  • Provides reports on customer verticals so I am able to keep track of which customers need more support, etc.
  • Messaging/tracking via social media like Instagram and Twitter
  • Streamlined communication efforts with customers that takes me a quarter of the time it would not using HubSpot
  • Custom Report Builder to track my company's specific interests to ensure we are using best practice approaches to outreach
I've used many CRMs and HubSpot is by far my favorite. It is extremely user friendly but has so many features that optimize your experience and make outreach to leads and customers a complete game-changer.
I really enjoy HubSpot. It has had a tremendous impact on how efficiently I work.
