HubSpot in my organization is used as a comprehensive customer relationship management platform to streamline my sales, marketing, and customer service processes. Hb helps me manage and organize our customers effectively. It allows us to track and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel, ensuring that potential customers are engaged with relevant content and communications. Sometimes we used it to send automated email sequences, task automation, and deal tracking. In my day to day and overall hb helps me manage customer interactions, track support tickets, and ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
