Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

  • Logging notes, calls, etc
  • Street address needs to be visible in the main company panel
  • Map would be even better
  • "Companies" should have its own button next to"Contacts" up in the to bar to avoid unnecessary clicks
  • To change and save a phone number or email address should have less clicks (currently it opens a little separate window -why?
  • Deals overview should be customizable so that one can choose only to see the deal name but not the amount. That way you could see more deals at once
  • I've only been using it for 6 weeks, can't tell yet

Tasks works well. Reminders and repeated tasks.
Connecting companies and contacts works well but could be made a little smoother with less steps to click through.
