Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use it to log and process orders that our clients purchase from our website. I am able to locate their main contact information, as well as to map accordingly the client's order data, such as invoice number, and link that into our in-house CSR database so it can be properly linked to the contact's information based on the order that the clients place on a daily basis. This allows me to also get in touch with them easier, by linking their phone number and email address, and either call them or chat with them directly.
- Their UI is one of the friendliest I've ever worked with

- Increase automation of linked apps to the CRM
- More than ROI, it saved us over 35% of our time and manpower to produce more, while doing less
