Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot daily to reach out to potential new clients. It is great to be able to track progress and see if clients have opened the emails, including clicking on any of the links. HubSpot is easy to use. I feel that I haven't even begun to touch all possibilities. I like how I can save templates for sales emails, which saves me time. My team provides me with new leads every day, and it is also easy to add information, merge contacts, and create new contacts.
- Track progress, see how many opens an email have.
- Saves and suggest sales templates.
- Easy to add notes to particular customer.
- Our entire team can log in an edit and add contacts.
- There are probably email softwares that prevents Hubspot emails from reaching them. There is always some bounce rate.
- I am using Hubspot with Gmail. I am not a fan of Gmail, and perhaps HubSpot could suggest other better email platforms.
- It works great for us, keeping us on track with the targeted daily customers that we need to reach.
HubSpot is easy to use, has a great design, and has pleasant user integration overall. I am enjoying the design, and it works great for our use in the North American markets. I would choose HubSpot for easy user integration; no special training is needed. I still have lots of potential new ways of using HubSpot.
