I aim to work with leads/prospects in my sales pipeline. It keeps me organized, and Email Sequences allow me to contact my prospects constantly. Tasks keep me engaged with prospects on time, and the Quoting system will enable me to acquire their business quickly and all in one spot.
- "Scrapes" all the Customer's information from email and website.
- Sequences to automate my continued outreach.
- Pipeline reporting to know where I stand for the month.
- Quoting system allows me to working within HubSpot.
- Calling & emailing directly through HubSpot automatically tracking my activity.
- Email Sequences NOT starting a new thread, but rather continuing a thread to help Prospects review the history of our discussion to jar their memory.
- Email Sequences allowing me to re engage MULTIPLE Contacts (not just one).
- If a payment is required on the quote, do not let the Customer leave the page (many forget to click the "Pay now" button, causing me to email the link back to their quote and instruct them to continue in the process).
- 2-way texting.
