Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I enjoy using HubSpot at work. It helps me to stay on task and keeps me organized. Its very easy to use and keeps important communication responses right where I need them, in case I ever need to refer back to the thread. I love that it has email tracking, to let you know how many times the email has been opened. I honestly don't know what I would do with out HubSpot.

  • writing notes under 1,3 and 6 month checkin can be easier to find
  • i dont like if an email is stored somewhere else, you have to find it and erase it, in order to save it where you need it to be.
  • I wouldn't really know this part. I can olnly assume it has helped tremendously

I love that it is easy to navigate through for the most part. It has a spot for all the necessary tools, such as email section, Log Call section etc. You can provide notations in all the different entities. Great for keeping track of communications on all forms.
