Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
In our company, especially in sales, it is crucial to have HubSpot CRM in place. Almost every department uses this tool because it offers many functions that make it easy to track our client and prospect communications, tasks, and even our processes. HubSpot CRM is like a multitool that meets most of our needs, from productivity to analytics. The best part is that it is fully customizable and easy to handle.
- Scheduling tasks, follow ups and emails.
- Providing easily understood analytics to keep our processes on track.
- Overseeing contact stages between members of the team.
- Signalling current clients to differentiate from live, prospecting and follow up leads.
- A little bit more automation would be ideal when it comes to emailing. The idea would be IFTTT automation on sequences.
- Connection between SalesNav and Hubspot CRM would be amazing to make it a CRM for LinkedIn connections.
- Positive: it makes it easier and manageable our tasks daily/weekly/monthly.
- Positive: I don't have factual ROI on this, but the fact that we are using Hubspot for 2 years now, shows something.
- Positive: As our business grows, we can add and use more and more functions which helps us growing our business even further.
ZoomInfo is in a testing period at the moment and only using their contact data on leads so I cannot comment on that being in our 1st month of using their tool. Apollo.io is a great tool, mostly used for email contacts but as we don't get much of the analytics functions, Hubspot CRM is outstanding.
