Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot Sales

[It's being used] mainly for its email functions and reporting.
  • Email sequences/templates are awesome
  • Tracking of emails
  • Tracking of deal progress
  • Could have better interface functionality. I've commented before the email editor isn't as intuitive as I would like. For example, it should have "most used" tokens such as "first name" available right away so I don't have to search for it and insert it every single time.
  • When I try to search for a contact in Google it doesn't pick up the name of their organization and I have to type it/copy paste it every time. I wish they would fix this.
  • I think that it has helped us get a handle on alerting our customers of important notices (i.e., contract renewal/expiration) where as before if we automated through HubSpot Marketing, some email clients would block the email and customers were getting upset that they weren't notified. Our templates are all in one place now and go right to peoples' inbox.
I think it is a simple and user-friendly sales tracker for sales reps.
