Overall Satisfaction with IBM Cognos Analytics with Watson
BI Tool is never the solution to the needs of the users it's the process how the organisation uses the product en strives to continue improvement.
- AI New now with local languages supported
- Releases frequent releases
- Total Integration from dat to insight
- Administration tools (require urgent improvement)
- Eventstudio
- More focus on user needs instead focus on improvement of the user interface. (This cost 4 releases....)
- Relasese like supporting API's are not concrete documentented
- Supporting R; well i still don't know how to get this live....
- The samen applies to Notebooks, not real cases how can we use this an more important how to implement.
Still the end user find it difficult to build reporting. This is also related that they don't know their own data. To help the users with this should be te focus. (like in Story telling) give the user more help and insight to their possibilities, this also with local language support. For most of my customers Dutch is key...)
