As I am using IBM Servers for a long time so I am having good experience with it along there is multiple parameters where we have found IBM servers are the better one to run your application with minimal downtime. At the same time it is also an important kind of support you get from OEM in most cases IBM has delivered valuable support in case of need.
Vulnerabilities are the only thing that can be reduced by proper remediation only on a quarterly basis or as per your organization's standard. I recommend here in the provisioning phase make sure to update the latest level of firmware for the frame along with adapter microcode as well as vios level and LPAR running with the current release of OS.
As I said it offers to perform Centralize management using HMC or PowerVC. In HMC itself you have the ESA option if it's already configured in such a case any error will happen at the Frame level get notified by IBM at the same time tickets will get assigned to the engineer to take further action on it.
