IBM Process Mining - An awesome business process models automation tool.
  • A great tool to integrate with business process models.
  • Provides a real-time view of the business processes in a detailed manner.
  • Very good and easy-to-use UI makes it easy to use.
  • The tool provides large capabilities at the cost of time to get it working.
  • It does have a very good UI however it can be improved with the latest UI frameworks.
  • A little bit of improvement would be configuration documentation may avoid calls to the support team.

An awesome tool for data mining and now we can manage our data historically to provide detailed analysis with the cause which further helped to ensure better performance.

Wanted a cloud-based automation tool and it is the solution. Used to analyzes the business processes to check the process improvement areas. The tool helps in detecting errors and hence helps to fix the processes.

Using IBM Process Mining

The initial integration/configuration is complex and hence takes time. Once integrated it is very easy and nice to use. We can have the analytics with a very user-friendly dashboard. It provides detailed information which helps in finding causes and hence in improvement. I would say it is a very nice and user-friendly tool.
