Overall Satisfaction with IBM Robotic Process Automation

We use IBM Robotic Process Automation Review for customer enquires handling, client invoicing, SMS marketing, etc. Previously there are a number of routine works that need to be handled by staff mechanically. With IBM Robotic Process Automation Review, it can handle the task without human intervention, much faster, and less error-prone. we can free our human resources to reach our potential clients.

  • UI, the UI is a bit ugly and not easy to use.
  • It saves human resources especially during COVID lockdown

  • lower staff cost is achieved.
This is absolutely an important feature to us. We use this to send message/invoices to our clients every day. The integration is easy and effective.

small tasks, with fine and stable steps that can be repeatable and enterable into IBM RPA steps. If the task has many steps and variant steps, then it is very consuming to create the steps in IBM Robotic Process Automation Review. maybe RPA should provide some sort of programming language to simply step creation.
