Overall Satisfaction with IBM Robotic Process Automation

As a senior system engineer I had a good experience with IBM Robotic Process Automation, It is efficient to collect and analyze the large data without any delay or distortion. Also It is mostly utilized in client's services in all our departments to reduce response times and ensure that the bots function properly based on the demands of each department. The management and revenue teams also uses chatbots, but for a very different purpose—to produce reports of the tasks completed during the week. The HR division has also implemented a sizable number of intelligent chatbots for the sole use of clients in various messaging platforms and even in internal tools.

IBM RPA streamlines the procedures and guarantees smooth corporate operations. The tool's user-friendly design makes it simple to use fast and precisely. IBM Has pre-installed Bots that provide business process configuration, integration, and the execution of sequential activities. This feature is what I appreciated most. To streamline procedures and boost efficiency, it integrates the numerous processes and data from the many resources. The time of response and carrying out automated task also reduced due to Bots.
In our client's organization, by automating numerous operational tasks using IBM RPA, we had saved close to 75 hours every month. Without IBM RPA, the identical activity could take 70-75 more hours per month to complete due to human mistake. 1.In my knowledge, Well suited scenarios contains the tasks of automating repetitive operations like data retrieval and filling out forms. RPA's primary goal is to reduce human error in manual operations by automating the data collection and analysis to provide services to clients. Suitable for the departments who required 24/7 support from chatbot. High level management can get valuable insights from the data collected from different departments.

2.IBM RPA not suited where very high speed of operation required and also some complex task are beyond its capabilities can only solve with human interactions.
