Overall Satisfaction with iCIMS Talent Cloud

iCIMS helps us to stay on top of all our company's recruitment needs. We have shortened our time to hire by using iCIMS not only for recruiting but by quickly providing feedback from our field hiring managers directly in iCIMS. This allows us to get direct feedback on interviews that allows us to more closely align with the hiring manager's needs.
  • Helps to organize recruiters workloads.
  • Provides easy reporting on all aspects of the recruitment process.
  • Allows you to understand your business better.
  • The learning curve is a challenge at times. Best to let someone experience the processes first hand to get them to understand how to correctly process candidates.
  • Textrecruit integration needs to be more complete. Do away with the external portal.
  • Recruitment cycles have come down by at least 25% since switching to iCIMS.
  • We have fewer drops in the application process due to simplification made possible by iCIMS.
  • Providing reporting to our clients is much easier.
Up until 2021, the support was fantastic. Now, the turnaround time has increased and it seems to need more direction and clarification than they needed to. We need to start prioritizing or submitting with levels of turnaround time.

Very good for handling multiple clients with a wide variety of deadlines, needs, and demands. The level of customization is one of its greatest strengths. For a very small business, there may be too many functions and lately, the support team has been very busy increasing turnaround time on tickets, so you should have an admin that can be as self-sufficient as possible.
