Overall Satisfaction with iFax
In the modern restaurant environment we no longer have a dedicated fax line, the needs of the business have changed drastically. There are still some areas where a fax is the most convenient way to send out information. Using iFax allows us to do this on a case-by-case basis for a small payment without having a monthly or annual fee, saving us the additional expense while allowing us the on-demand convenience of a fax when needed.
- Provides basic cover sheet
- Easy-to-use interface
- Upload document easily
- Cover sheet was good but perhaps flexibility for more options and fast keyboard entry speed (was a tad bit chunky to enter the text)
- It allows us to save costs on faxing.
I preferred iFax because of the payment model.
