Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform

We use Indeed to hire medical staff for our company. Indeed addresses the stress of finding medical staff in this market. We have over 15 locations throughout the United States and Indeed is used for each location to find the exact medical positions we need. We have used Indeed previously for accountant, lawyer, billing, and customer service positions as well.

  • Easier to look at candidates phone number.
  • Better outlook on indeed resumes.
  • Less "system down" incidents.
  • Improves interview experience.
  • A lower cost.
  • Speedy process.
We have only used Indeed for hiring so we could not give an accurate comparison.

We have used Indeed for different scopes of job positions so it is basically for all positions. I do not see a scenario where it would not be used. We do not use the Indeed interview test but have heard good things about them, we are more into interviewing the person rather than their "skills" determined by Indeed.
