Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform

Nielsen uses Indeed to host Virtual Hiring events to supply our Call Center with a high volume of candidates. Given that we are needing to hire a high volume of people, the Indeed hiring event advertises our available job opening out to a large number of people.
  • Provide a virtual experience to interview candidates from around the USA.
  • Screens applicants with our choice of screening questions before they can sign up for the event.
  • Make attaching a resume a requirement.
  • Have ability to share audio as well when sharing screen.
  • Speeding time to hire.
Indeed has the ability to advertise to many candidates at once

Given Indeed's popularity, we are able to pull in a lot of candidates for our hiring events. This is essential for high-volume recruiting. Scenarios, when Indeed had technical difficulties, tarnished the name for Nielsen as well.

Using Indeed Hiring Platform

6 - Our Talent acquisition team utilizes Indeed Hiring events. Our Talent Acquisition team is made of departments hiring for Call Center, Field teams and technology roles.
7 - The types of people we need to support out Indeed Hiring Events are Recruiters and Coordinators. The Recruiters will be jumping on with the candidates to give interviews, and the coordinators are who manage the event and anything that is needed during it as well as calibrating the results from these events. All will need to have good technology skills to navigate across several platforms as well as the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

I give it an 8 because the platform itself has been really goof to us, but we have seen a downsize in our numbers we need to meet in the coming year.
