Overall Satisfaction with Influitive

We implemented our community right before COVID and it was a great way to interact with other employees and keep demonstrating our company culture. It also allows us to get news to our employees in a fun way and helps us spread event news on platforms like linkedin. Our users love earning rewards and staying up to date with company news.

We have a great customer success manager that helps us brainstorm ideas and level up our program
We use Influitive to gain insider knowledge on our customers, their favorite things, what they like to do, so that we can customize their experience. We also promote other sides of our business that customers may not be aware of to grow our business. Beforehand everything had to be done in one on one meetings, now that we have Influitive we can do it virtually
