Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

Insightly is being used across the whole organization. We use Insightly for client management database and task assignments and lead management.
  • Insightly is really good with documenting notes for client meetings, calls and emails. It allows different staff [members] to make comments or document important details of the clients.
  • Insightly is very good at task management for workflow. We can customize it to suit our needs and keep track of various stages of production.
  • Insightly has a feature that links clients to other clients and how they are related.
  • Insightly is very customizable.
  • I would like to see better interaction with Outlook as far as emails. I would like to pull up a client's information on Insightly and click an email link that opens Microsoft Outlook.
  • I have a document management program that I would like Insightly to integrate with.

Insightly pretty much does exactly what I wanted with only some minor things I can live without.
We picked insightly for two main reasons, price and ability to incorporate client management, task management and lead management on one platform
Insightly works for well with businesses that any member of the team needs to be able to get a lot of details on a client and know specific issues in a matter of minutes.
