Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
It was being used by all of the employees of the company until recently, but now I use Salesforce as it was offered to me freely and is customized to me as an advisor right out of the box.
- Simple UI - The shallower the learning curve for any CRM, the better.
- Customizability - Make it how you want it.
- Support - Strong support team behind the scenes
- For a financial advisor, it was a bit too general/geared towards general sales
- Improved efficiency
CRMs main function is to provide improved efficiency, in my opinion. Insightly, like the others, does that.
I ended up going with Salesforce because it was customized to me as an advisor right out of the box.
