Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

It was being used by all of the employees of the company until recently, but now I use Salesforce as it was offered to me freely and is customized to me as an advisor right out of the box.
  • Simple UI - The shallower the learning curve for any CRM, the better.
  • Customizability - Make it how you want it.
  • Support - Strong support team behind the scenes
  • For a financial advisor, it was a bit too general/geared towards general sales
  • Improved efficiency
CRMs main function is to provide improved efficiency, in my opinion. Insightly, like the others, does that.
I ended up going with Salesforce because it was customized to me as an advisor right out of the box.
Any typical sales organization would benefit greatly from using Insightly. More specialized, such as financial advisor firms, may get less value until they customize the experience to cater to their needs.
