Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
It is being used by some departments in Business Operations to keep a record of all customer and partner data. The most defining part of this CRM is definitely its seamless integration with G Suite, which is why it is one of the most popular CRMs on the market. In my experience using Insightly, I have found it to be a robust CRM with almost all the basic features and functionalities to help you effortlessly manage customer and partner relationships. It is flexible in terms of customization according to your requirements and is easy to use. It has helped us manage our leads, customer interactions, and opportunities all in one place while having visibility in the entire process.

The main reason for going ahead with Insightly was the cost. It meets our basic requirements of lead management and we didn't want to spend a lot on a CRM tool. Other than that, most other CRMs we evaluated have all the basic and advanced capabilities.
