Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
We use all the features in CRM, Contacts, Org, Leads, Oppty, and Projects. We are doing marketing, sales, and operations from Insightly. We need to keep in contact with our leads and follow up on our pipeline.
- Easy use of CRM.
- Easy to configure/modify.
- Easy to report.
- A little confusing between "System Settings" and User Settings.
- Help could be a little better. It was tough to solve the email connection issue.
- Is there a feature to scan a business card and it automatically loads in contacts?
- I used Salesforce when I was with a global company, and I think for the price, Insightly is fantastic!
- It has made an immediate impact in allowing us to collaborate and know where our contacts, leads, and opportunities live.
We are trying to get better at using it for more workflow.
It is the easiest! Best UX.
