Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

Insightly was used as our CRM as well as order and customer management. We pulled reports from Insightly multiple times a day regarding product frequency as well as sales orders.

Very easy to find everything needed. The reports took some getting used to, but all the data was there.
Our whole company was able to access Insightly and view all the data that they needed. From the sales to the operations team.

Insightly has been helpful in order management and pulling sales history. I am in operations and it was convenient to be able to pull multiple sales reports as well as keep track of customers.
