Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

We use Insightly to manage and organize orders that come in on our website. I work in verifying eligibility for these orders to ensure insurance will cover the cost of the durable medical equipment (breast pump) the customer ordered. Without Insightly it would be challenging to organize the orders so we can most efficiently verify eligibility and get them shipped out to the customer in a timely manner.

The reports are easy to customize and generate within seconds. The pipeline clearly shows what is going on with the order, so we don't have to waste time frequently checking in. The database helps us quickly look up a healthcare provider's NPI so we can add it to the order and verify eligibility for insurance.
Insightly is connected to MailChimp and emails are automatically sent to the customer as their order moves in the pipeline. This gives the customer a clear picture of what is going on with their order and increases the trust they put in us to get their breast pump shipped out as quickly as possible. Improving these customer relationships helps us retain customers that keep coming back.

While there are a few things I would improve in the Health Care Providers database capabilities, overall it is extremely helpful in keeping a record of all providers so we can easily access them and add them to the order. This increases productivity by making it easier to verify eligibility, to ensure the breast pump the customer order will be covered under their insurance plan.
