Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
We will be using Insightly more as a company going forward, but for now I have mainly used the Projects module to track hiring decisions.
- Keeps all relevant documents in one place
- Uploads email correspondence related to the project
- Can keep track of all parts of the project in one central place
- Outlook Add-In consistently does not work properly
- Photos from email signatures upload in the files section automatically
- A bit confusing to differentiate between the Pipeline Stage and the Project Status.
- Ability to link different contacts and track their relationships is very important to our organization and this tool is great for that
- Saves a lot of time aggregating documents and correspondence related to projects in one central place
Insightly has made it very user friendly and easy to aggregate data for our organization and to keep track of processes. I am excited to see what else we are able to do in the program as our organization continues to utilize more of the functionality and import more data into it.
