Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

I use Insightly daily to manage my tasks, update client contact information, and to track opportunities. Insightly offers users from different departments the ability to pass work and opportunities throughout our enterprise. I also use Insightly for client prospecting, marketing, and e-mail.

Insightly is customizable and easy to use. Our team was able to reduce our IT department by utilizing custom features and automation from Insightly. The system also makes it easy to update client profiles and can track last activity with each client.
Insightly has reduced the number of software platforms that our enterprise requires to operate efficiently. Insightly has helpful plugins with other relevant pieces of software that we use such as PandaDoc and QuickBooks. By keeping all of these tied together our enterprise can pass customer projects, opportunities, and invoicing throughout our business.

Well suited for passing information within an organization and for a basic CRM. It is less effective if you need high levels of customization to meet your needs.

I feel it is our best option for the money that we have explored. I'd still like to see intergation with a very robust phone solution (Insightly Voice was a bust for us as we have needs for lots of phone features). A specialized prospecting module for the sales team would be helpful, but for now we make custom list views.
