Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

Used as a CRM in the company. Good choice for a small company starting out, as it is relatively easy to change and add fields, workflows, and data.

User-friendly and easy interface, ideal for engaging employees with little CRM experience.
Our company uses it for lead and opportunity management while integrating it with our marketing platforms.
Not quite as capable as SalesForce, but much better suited for smaller companies, since SF cannot quite compete at the same price level.
