Overall Satisfaction with Intercom

I use it to support customers who cannot call in for help. I use it to help customers outside of working hours. I use it to assist other colleagues using Intercom and train them on the new Intercom interface.
  • Closing emails down quickly
  • Assigning emails out automatically
  • Using smart software to pick up common replies and using them by pressing #
  • When on the new style of Intercom, it has increased productivity as we can see who is viewing what email
  • It has also reduced response and resolution times as we have had a colleague on Intercom for the entire day just going through all the emails
  • We can see recent conversations so it helps when we can see if customers have contacted us prior
I have found it much easier to use than other emailing apps
So, we have the data of the users account numbers on the side for detail and their email address which makes it easier for us for finding the users accounts on our own software
Intercom is much better and easier to navigate around

I have found it very useful especially using Intercom as a team in our team inbox. If you are on the new Intercom interface you see who is viewing what email and who is replying to what email. I have suggested others upgrade to the new style to make it easier when supporting customers.
