Overall Satisfaction with Intercom
I use Intercom in our organization as the main tool in communicating with guest and clients via email and chat. We also use it for documentation and creating follow ups. I love how we are able to customize macros and the addition of AI feature for composing messages is just awesome.
- Real time sending of message.
- Almost accurate paraphrasing, correcting grammar and changing the tone of messages using AI.
- I love how we can access messages on someone else bucket for research purposes and for faster coordination.
- Everything is great so far.
- Maybe I would love if to-do process is straightforward. Sometimes it keeps coming back to me when I unassign myself before I can snooze the email.

This is one of the very useful feature of Intercom. It is integrated with our telephony tool and it automatically assign the conversation log to the guest, client, partner. It has a tag if interaction is through phone, chat, email. Intercom is also very accessible across all of our stations.
I have used Microsoft outlook before in my previous company and it can only be used to email. I have also used gmail and it was all over the place. Somewhat hard to navigate and familiarize with. Integration with other tool was difficult. On the other hand Intercom have the best of both.
