Overall Satisfaction with ISL Light
We use ISL Light mainly for connecting to customers computers remotely to either help customers with different cases or troubleshoot the devices itself. We also sometimes connect different computers to finish tasks easier. It is used mainly by the technical department but also by individuals across the whole company.
