Overall Satisfaction with isolved

As the HR Generalist, I onboard new hires, add benefit plans to employee's profile and make adjustments to accruals, time cards when needed.
  • Tracks Certification Expirations
  • Simplifies Onboarding process
  • Gives employees easy access to profile
  • Consolidate items to make changes to Gl, Jobs, Reviews
  • Simplify the Reporting feature
  • Make set up of new items more user friendly and less techy
  • Ability to deactivate seasonal employees vs terminate
  • Pair isolved with applicant tracking to save on additional software
Paychex is a very simplified HR/Payroll software which makes it easy for people to figure out how to utilize their tools, but isolved, though more complex, has the capability to do much more and give better information.

Yes

isolved has the capability to do a lot for employers, but the method in setting certain things up becomes difficult. For example, to set up the Review process - there's multiple places you have to go in order to get the initial set up prepared before you can administer. If everything was in one place, and more accessible, it would be less frustrating.
