It is used for fetching new resumes from the harvester. It also [has] the feature to get harvest [to] start right away, you save the Boolean keys. Sourcing profiles from various portals like Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, and ZipRecruiter and as well as internal ATS to save the database of all sourced candidates. I feel this is the best platform.

[I] used Bullhorn years ago. Actively using JobDiva [for] the last 3 years. I think this is the best ATS. Every company must have this to make their work easier and highly profitable. Every user must learn JobDiva in depth so it will enhance their performance. Also, doing submission and making serious and important hotlists is also very easy.
