Overall Satisfaction with Jobvite
We use Jobvite as our ATS and post all of our available positions through the tool. Jobvite is intuitive and easy to use and be trained on. Their customer support is pretty good and you can easily get help through chat online. It scrapes our company website recruiting page and posts all our positions on LinkedIn and Indeed as well as Moster and other job boards. We've never had any issue with the technology.
- Jobvite makes it easy to post new jobs and have the requisitions approved by managers
- They send automatic notifications to applicants and the dispositioning tool is easy to use
- Customer service has been great in the 4 years I've used the site, no problems.
- I would like to see more reporting capability within the system.
- Integrations with background screening softwares is welcomed.
- Keeps everything in one place for recruiting purposes.
- Alleviates valuable HR time spent going through emailed resumes.
- Well worth the cost.
