Overall Satisfaction with Join.me
Join.me is a no frills calling and screen sharing solution for teams. We used it for external technical support calls as the software was incredibly simple to use. Customers loved it. We've since moved on to other conferencing solutions that don't require downloading software to a computer.

- Would love to see a web based client
- Slower to adopt features compared to competitors (it didn't have video for a long time)
- Better call quality
- Great for quickly sharing screens between team members
- Great for troubleshooting external technical issues
- TeamViewer, Webex Meetings and Zoom
Join.me beats its competitors on pricing, but beyond that its competitors have a much richer feature set.
