We use Join.me across the company. To share screens for demonstrations of new activities as well as for collaborating on works in progress.
- Very clear visual engagement.
- Smooth transition of sharing control among users.
- Audio controls -- we prefer to use phones for voice contact during screen sharing.
- Reduced meeting time by simplifying visual communications.
- Clarified procedures for new activities through hands-on demonstrations.
Screen sharing and visibility work particularly well with Join.me, we haven't encountered any interruptions during our exchanges or any difficulties that would require technical support.
