Overall Satisfaction with JotForm
A lot of us have been moving towards online business especially after the pandemic started, likewise for me. We set up an online shopping cart with groceries for B2C purposes, and I'm lucky to have found JotForm who provides a flexible and integrated api on the products catalogue. We received numerous feedback from customers on how professional it looks and easy to navigate and process an order. Over on our backend, JotForm provides an easy to view submissions tab, which you may also export to PDF or Excel. Everything is easy and user-friendly. Cons- The form builder uses quite a bit of memory, I face laggy and slow movements when I was trying to edit my products catalogue. (I've got an old laptop, probably why).
- User-Friendly
- A lot of widgets to choose from
- Able to customize freely on how you would like your form to look like compared to Google Forms
- Uses quite a bit of memory on your computer at the build-up page, especially like us we have quite a number of products uploaded. I would experience lag and slow response. Recommend to use a better processor.
- Unsure when will they refresh the free views and submissions
- Slow in resolving widget issues
- Lessen the work load over manual creating of catalogues and collecting orders
- Easily shared across on all platforms
JotForm wins over the flexibility over setting up how you want it to looks, and also the widget features.
