Overall Satisfaction with JumpTrack

I love this software! So easy to see delivery times, a proof of delivery along with a picture! Comes in handy when a customer claims they didn't receive their order.

  • email option to send info
  • when a customer says they wont pay unless we have a POD
  • great for small claims as evidence of the delivery
I would highly recommend JumpTrack, it has all you need under one roof!

I don't see anywhere that it would be less appropriate, it gives you all the information you need with just a click of the mouse!

30 - Everyone in the office uses it and so does our warehouse to track orders, get delivery info, and time it was delivered.
