Overall Satisfaction with JumpTrack
I use it to track order status, provide proof of delivery and track drivers. We sometimes get calls that orders were not received and having a signature is very helpful for finding lost orders. Having the package count feature is also really helpful. Maybe driver forgets to leave a package. We have a package count. We also use the photo feature if no one is available to sign for a delivery, the driver can leave it and take a photo so we can show customer exactly where it was left.
