Overall Satisfaction with JumpTrack

We have several delivery trucks and with JumpTrack we are able to let the customer now about how far out their order is or who signed for it. With the Geocode we have been able to show where the order was delivered to along with who signed for the order. Being able to see where the driver is at has also helped with customers who have hard to find locations.

  • Putting the signature on the invoice
  • Easy to load a routes for the drivers
  • Able to edit the route without having to delete and restart
  • nothing I can think of right now
  • Being able to give the customer real time information on their orders has been invaluable.
We went from hand signed papers and not knowing where the drivers were to being able to see when the driver goes offtrack to go home or out of their way to stop somewhere else and have been able to call them out on this and have corrected the issue.
Yes we have pulled up PODs from years back to show the same signature that signed for other orders or we have had customers being audited and they needs signed PODs for all their order and have been able to provide them with it.

Customer wanting to know where their order is and how soon they will have it, being able to pull up in JumpTrack the route and give them an estimated time that the driver should be there has happened more then once and customers have always been happy to know the driver is close and sometimes pulling in right now.
