Overall Satisfaction with Keepit
We have been using this product now for over Four years it backs up our M365 content, it was simple to implement has been really easy to manage and also any restores are simply to do, overall a very easy to use product
- Easy to use portal with good logging info for any issues
- Simple setup and it just works from the get go
- Data restores take very little time
- Product being updated regularly
- Any functionality you are missing can be requested but so far we haven't found anything we specifically need
- We have a fluctuating user base and their license model and price are perfect for us
- We get the alerts for any issues with the service and very rarely need to logon and check it so we save so much time not having to continually manage it.
Thankfully we haven't had many cases to restore data but any time we have for a lost mail or file from our M365 setup it been simple and easy search for and get the data quickly restored, we have restored data easily every time
We set it up and in all honesty rarely need to check on it, it just works away doing what is was setup to do
We 100% have confidence in all the backups and thus being able to restore any of the M365 data we backup is simple and quick
100% confident in the product and what we can do with it, all our IT admins can easily use this to do any data restores from M365, we rarely need to use it day to day, but that means we are rarely doing restores, when we do though it is very easy to remember how to use it.
We looked at two other products but keepit beat both on price and easy to use admin and system setup

It was and is so easy to use setup and do any tasks on, we very rarely use it daily but any time we have needed it it just works
Our evolution would not change we went through everything we needed and keepit came out top in all
