Overall Satisfaction with Keepit
We use Keepit for SaaS backup and recovery of our online mailboxes and files, as well as our online intranet and teaming sites. We also recently incorporated full Azure AD protection.

- Great sales and support staff... always eager to help
- Searching and/or filtering for specific files or message could be tricky at times. I'd like to be able to perform root folder searches and include all subfolders and files/emails/etc.
- Integrations with more SIEM providers.
- I spend very little time babysitting my backups/restores. Since we have no hardware, maintenance is a cinch.
- Less time spent on managing data protection gives us more time to concentrate on projects that drive out business forward.
Knowing our data is safe, secure and separate from our production environments gives us confidence that it will be intact when we need it. Regularly testing the recovery times and procedures confirm our claim for quick and painless recovery.
Keepit SaaS data protection is very easy and intuitive to use. Any admin on my staff can easily interact with the interface to find what they need. Admins do not have to spend hours, days, weeks to learn the platform. This reduces our need for specialized SaaS data protection admins.
