We used Khoros marketing for our content management, review, and publishing process for 15 channels.

Pros and Cons

Customizable review process.
Clear calendar of content.
Dashboard views are amazing.

Having the capability to publish all forms and formats of content that each platform allows so we don't have to post natively.
Allow "@" in the comment section.
Create a customizable widget.
The paid view is incomplete and flawed.

Return on Investment

Increased efficiency allows to cut back hours spent with vendors.
Tracking for vendor comments and feedback.
Show true ROI on content with dashboarding.

Customer Support

I haven't found much success with Khoros support. I end up having to solve the problem on my own.

Brand Management with Khoros

Not super applicable to us as we do not have any visibility parameters.

Scalability

It is very scalable however, when your main channel is LI, it is a bit complicated.
