KnowBe4 is a fit for any organization
Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4
With an AD integration built-in, user management is pretty simple. Just connect it and use the groups you already have assigned as your groups in KnowBe4.
If you don't have an AD connection or would prefer to do it manually there is an option for that. Uploading a .csv is the quickest way to get users input, but after that it's all manual.

KnowBe4 is being used to keep cybersecurity front of mind with all of our users. This is done by running monthly campaigns that send out fake phishing emails, tracking the interaction with those emails, and providing training that is tailored the evidence observed in the tests.
- The interface is easy to understand and interact with.
- It takes very little time to go through initial setup.
- The free tools have to be registered and downloaded separately.
- It can be a bit clunky to get custom templates into the interface.
- A reduction in email related cyber incidents.
- An increase in overall security awareness amongst all users, including non-technical users.
- Proofpoint Security Awareness Training (formerly Wombat Security) and Cofense PhishMe
They don't compare. Each has its sharp points and defects, but KnowBe4 is the industry leader because of their wide range of tools and effective training program.

Anyone who has tried to train a set of users knows that it's a difficult task. If they watch the same thing, they get bored or don't pay attention. If the content is too technical then many users will tune out or not grasp the concept. I have found that most of KnowBe4's content comes down to the user's level without sacrificing any of the key details. There is also enough content to keep everything fresh and prevent retraining on the same material.
There are more reports pre-built than I've ever used. The main 2-3 are also included on the front page of most of the tabs (Phishing, Training, etc) as dashboards. If you find you need a report that you don't see, you can also customize your own report in their interface.
