Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We provide quarterly training to our employees, focusing on current events. One good thing about KnowBe4 is they keep their training content regularly updated. This allows us to keep avoid duplicating training modules, keeping the content fresh. There is ample material on social engineering, which is a major concern since most malware/ransomware is introduced into environments by an accidental click.

- Various length videos and training content
- Large amount of support documentation (posters, newsletters, etc.) for each topic
- More training videos are always nice
- More in depth quizzes built into the training content
- We continually notice employees becoming more aware of phishing attempts
- Improvement can be tracked, month to month using the combination of training and phishing simulations
We chose KnowBe4, and stayed with them, because of their robust offering of training material/content. We did look at other products, but nothing compared to KnowBe4. Every couple years we'll look at the market and see what else is out there. So far, there is nothing even close to what KnowBe4 offers.

The quality and amount of training material has allowed us to offer topics that are in line with what is going on in the news. If a USB scam is reported, we are able to work training on 3rd party devices into our next quarterly training session.
We use single sign-on via our Azure logins.
